Event Modules for onsite registration and event registration payments in foreign currency
(New Products Released)
New products for onsite registration and processing event registration payments in foreign currency are now available. Onsite registration ties in directly to the membership and event modules and will allow processing of registrations onsite. It includes processing payments, badges and confirmations. The other new product for processing foreign currency will allow review and approval of settled transactions, along with exchange rate for processing the transaction; the option to record the transaction in the original currency or convert it to US dollars is also available.
Seminar - Cloud Computing for Associations (1/26/2012)
January 26th seminar on cloud computing for associations. At this seminar, Morant's Managing Partner discussed how cloud computing can save an association money on IT expenses and help associations do business in the global marketplace.
Also several of the latest changes in technology for associations' AMS operations, with focus on capabilities that are only available "in the cloud" were demonstrated.
News from ASAE 2011 Technology Show
Washington, DC (December 12, 2011) Hundreds of association executives and decision makers attended the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) 2011 Technology Convention & Exposition December 6-8th at the Washington Convention Center. Morant Information Systems showcased it's new Association Management Software (AMS) solution, AMPAC10, at this year's expo. AMPAC10 provides associations and non-profit organizations with the most comprehensive association management package available to the industry.

Events - Social Web Page

New module will allow event participants to create their own social media page to introduce themselves and provide additional information to the rest of registrants for the event. This includes links to Twitter, blogs and Facebook just to name a few.
Authorize.NET Credit Card Payment Review
(New Product Released)
New module will allow review of processed payments thru Authorize.NET and will compare them against payment data posted to AMPAC back office (AMPAC 10.1). The module contains a login process, Authorize.NET login information and provides an option to define a date range for processing. The output options are: Display and Export to MS Excel.
Constant Contact Email Marketing with Interface to AMPAC 10.1

New module to manage and maintain data in your Constant Contact account thru our interface using Constant Contact REST API. Additionally, allowing query of AMPAC back office tables to retrieve data and directly update various tables in Constant Contact. These include contacts, contact list and email campaign tables
Application System for Association Functions(New Product Released) |
Morant has developed new AMPAC Application System. This new system consists of two Web modules, Application Site and Application Admin Site. It can be used for: Membership applications, which require review and approval prior to being accepted as a new member Special Program or meetings application, requires the attendee to fill the application in order to be accepted Committee membership, which require prior approval for participating in the committee Testing for certifications or special designations
PCI Compliance
Morant Information Systems has successfully achieved compliance with the Payment Card Institute Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) in support of its association management software.
PCI-DSS is a set of comprehensive, voluntary requirements developed by the PCI Security Standards Council to enhance payment account data security and facilitate the adoption of consistent data security measures by third-party service providers. The comprehensive standards for data security are intended to help organizations proactively protect customer account data and apply to both merchants as well as service providers that store, process, or transmit cardholder data.
WEB Event module - Sessions Survey
(New Product Released)
Morant has developed a new module to allow you to survey each event attendee on one or more sessions each has attended. This module will allow you to design custom survey questions and answers for each session; each response can be setup for multiple choices (single answer), multiple choices (multiple answers) or text box type response.
All the setups are done through an Administrator module from which you can control the display of the survey, each question within the survey and/or when the survey period should end.
Call for Papers - Reviewer section
(New Product Released)
Morant has developed a new sub-module for reviewer management. Here, reviewers are allowed to maintain their profile, review and grade the papers that have been assigned to each person. Also added to the administrative module of Call for Papers are additional features to manage, assign and monitor the activities of the reviewers that have been selected to review the papers submitted.

AMPAC10 Special Meeting Appointment System – For PCMA project, two different Registration Screens have been setup. Each one contains specific profile information and registration rules (Hotels, Transportation and Payments). One is specific for Sponsors or Suppliers and the other one is specific for Members or Associates. Based on the results of the registrations the Suppliers will be able to access the Appointment system and request a meeting with the attending member s during the available Time slots. The members can access the appointment system and review the request for appointments and get a copy of their schedule during the meeting.

Morant has received Microsoft acknowledgment on AMPAC10 System passing the Microsoft Platform Ready tests. The testing were based on the Window 7, Window 2008 R2 and MS SQL 2008.

The system offers a full content management system in order for your association to customize each Event landing page and offer unique information to the potential participants. This new program will enable PCMA to conduct unique meetings for the Sponsors of the organization to meet with the members who are interested in participating.
