Project Managers
We are looking for experienced Project Managers to provide leadership for the implementation of association management software and its application capabilities. We seek positive, assertive team players who have a strong desire to succeed in a team- and customer-oriented environment. Our Project Managers are responsible for all phases of the implementation of our software package, AMPAC, should be skilled in creating project plans, establishing and managing deadlines, establishing and managing project scope and quality assurance, and planning for and mitigating project risk.
Web Site Content Management
Selected individual will be responsible for maintaining existing websites as well as designing new and attractive sites that are easy to navigate. All design work undertaken shall adhere to the customer, Federal, and Industry standards on branding, design, optimization, platform compatibility, and color schemes. The selected individual shall gather design and system requirements, test functionality, resolve anomalies, and research and implement new features for all supported internal and external websites. He or she shall attend design review meetings on behalf of management and provide status reports to senior management. Graphics experience required. This position also includes the integration of our association management package AMPAC.
Web Application Developer
Qualification is to identify and evaluate new web technologies and their potential use for associations. Work as a team member, attend review meetings with clients to create new web applications from the ground-up. This position requires a developer capable of helping the web-development team generate and evolve a wide range of intranet sites and Web-based applications and prototypes. Collaborate with graphic designer to create visually interesting and engaging interfaces. Support client base. Show code samples.
Administrative Assistant
Morant is seeking an administrative assistance professional with a minimum of 3 years experience and strong computer skills. The successful candidate will possess a positive, proactive attitude, and pay close attention to detail, as well as have the ability to work independently. High level of professionalism is needed to interact with clients of the firm. He/She will work closely with Management to assist with the day-to-day support and the core office team in the areas of office administration, marketing assignments and customer service.
